Every so often, a message arrives that reminds me why people choose to buy here.
A client contacted me shortly before spending the first evening in a nearly completed home. Three years earlier, it had been an empty plot of land. Now there was a swimming pool, a garden and a house filled with anticipation.

Nor even by location.
It is defined by how it makes people feel.
Relaxed.

Happy.
Connected.
Present.
Buying a holiday home in Comporta is exciting.
Finding the right property is rewarding.
Building it can be an adventure.
But in my experience, the best part comes afterwards.
When the house quietly becomes part of your life.
And one day, perhaps twenty, thirty or forty years later, you realise it has become part of your family’s story too.
